Sign up to volunteer for ScottyCon! All volunteers receive a free ticket, and volunteers who sign up for 3+ hours receive a free staff T-shirt. Roles include Arcade Machine Supervisor, Entrance/Exit Guide, ScottyCon Merch Table, Snacks & Food Table, Photographer, and more! Applications are open to everyone and will close on February 22.

If you’re part of a club and interested in having a table, an event, or anything else at ScottyCon, please have a club representative fill out the club application form! Applications are open to everyone, but CMU organizations will have priority. Applications for ScottyCon 2025 are open until January 11.

If you’re part of a group or individual unaffiliated with any clubs and want to perform live, please fill out the performance application form! Applications are open to everyone, but CMU students will have priority. Accepted performers will receive a free ScottyCon ticket. Applications for ScottyCon 2025 are open until January 11.

If you want to show off your costume on stage or compete for craftsmanship/skit performance, please fill out the masquerade application form! Applications are open to everyone, regardless of skill, and strongly encourage filling it out early to secure a spot. The form will be open until all timeslots are full.

Note: We are unable to provide free tickets to masquerade participants. Please purchase a ticket before coming to ScottyCon.

ScottyCon Artist Alley applications are open until December 15! Due to capacity constraints, artist alley applications are only open to CMU students. Accepted artists will receive a free ticket to ScottyCon.

If you want to run a family-friendly panel focusing on some aspect of anime or gaming, please fill out the panel application form! Applications are open to everyone, and accepted panelists will receive a free ScottyCon ticket. Applications for ScottyCon 2025 are open until January 11.
